spotlight   April:     Well we are already 4 months into the new year, Valentine's Day is over and we are rapidly coming up to Easter and the giving of eggs. Is it just me or do we go from one lot of chocolate to the next?

  The Allergy show 2015

Once again we look forward to the London Allergy + Free From show. this year to be held on 3-5th July 2015 at Olympia Click here to visit the site. New Allergy Labelling legislation

On 13 December, new legislation (the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation 1169/2011) will require food businesses to provide allergy information on food sold unpackaged, in for example catering outlets, deli counters, bakeries and sandwich bars. There will also be changes to existing legislation on labelling allergenic ingredients in prepacked foods. Guidance material is as follows:
